A morning show host in New Zealand laughs at a diplomat's name. The name of the diplomat is Sheila Dikshit, pronounced Dixit. Sheila Dikshit is a well-respected chief minister of Delhi, India and her name has been in the headlines over the games. New Zealand newscaster Paul Henry couldn't stop laughing at it.
